• All outside guests must be approved by the House Manager for day visits

• No pets

• Guests are subject to the rules and regulations of the Ranchos Estates Homeowners Association

• Mexican law prevails

• Guests waive liability claims against the owner of Villa Luna Mar

• Fees to cover any damages to Villa Luna Mar that occurs during a stay will be deducted from the security deposit
